With ongoing problems with closed captioning, the FCC needs to know how widespread the problems are, and the CSD DTV Help Center is asking everyone who is experiencing captioning problems to take the survey.

CSD has developed options that make taking the survey easy. You can take the survey on this DTV web site or call the DTV Help Center (point to point video, voice, Relay, etc.) and a Help Center agent will assist you in filling out the survey. The contact information is on the side of this page.
