A man was behind bars Oct. 4 and accused of sexually assaulting a woman who suffers from autism.
According to an arrest warrant, Edward Garza Bujanos is accused of sexually assaulting the woman multiple times.
Police say the 24-year-old victim, who is friends with Bujanos' daughter, has the mental capacity of a pre-teen.
According to the report, it was late last month that the victim spent the weekend at Bujanos' home.
The victim reportedly said that while she was watching TV with Bujanos' daughter, he allegedly sexually assaulted her in front of his own daughter.
The victim also accuses the 61-year-old of exposing himself another time as well as sexually assaulting her back in June.
Bujanos now faces a first-degree felony charge. His bond has been set at $25,000.
