In Swtizerland, teen in court for attempted murder for attack on wheelchair user

An 18-year old is in court today for allegedly robbing and violently attacking a wheelchair user on January 1, 2009.

The court was told that the young man battered the 44-year old, kicking his head after knocking him to the ground.

He then made off with CHF 150.

It is thought that he was drunk at the time of the incident.

The prosecution has asked for a sentence of ten years for attempted murder.
