Chris Burke, with Joe and John DeMasi, form a musical group that has been performing throughout the U.S. and Canada for more than a decade. The three formed the group in 1993 and released their first album "Lollipops and Love Songs," a 14-song sing-a-long album for young children.
Burke is best known for his work as an actor, playing Charles "Corky" Thatcher on the ABC-TV show "Life Goes On" from 1989-1993 and his reoccurring role as Taylor, the angel of faith on the CBS-TV show "Touched By An Angel."
The trio played a concert in Topeka, Kan., May 1 as part of the Topeka ARC (TARC) open house, according to KTKA-TV. TARC works to enhance the lives of people with developmental and related disabilities, and their families, with service, support, advocacy and community involvement.
They will play at the Region 2 People First Conference in Redding, Calif., May 3. Visit www.chrisburke.org for more on their appearances.
