The first ever "official" Dept. of Labor unemployment rate for people with disabilities will be released on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 8:30 a.m.. This data is the result of the U.S. Census' monthly Current Population Survey (CPS), which collected the labor force data for people with a disability on behalf of the US Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP).
