LAKELAND, Fla. -- A 14-year-old Lakeland boy has been arrested after he allegedly stabbed a wheelchair bound man 30 times.
Lakeland Police say just before midnight on November 17, the juvenile broke into a home on West Parker Street. During the robbery, the victim confronted the suspect at which time he was stabbed 30 times.
The victim sustained wounds to his chest area and other parts of the body causing them to be life threatening.
The suspect fled the scene but was later taken into custody. He is being charged with Attempted Felony Murder, Home Invasion Robbery and Burglary to a Conveyance.
