CHELMSFORD, Mass. -— This spring, 12 new garden plots are available at Sunny Meadow Farm for gardeners who find it difficult to bend or kneel to plant.
The new Richard St. Onge Accessible Community Garden, recently constructed from the original 96 foot water trough at the farm by Eagle Scout candidate Pat Stoney, offers elevated garden plots for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users, and senior citizens.
