A disabled woman who was ordered off a plane by easyJet is taking the British budget airline to court in France.
Wheelchair-bound Marie-Patricia Hoarau, 39, was told she could not travel from Paris to Nice alone because she was a "safety risk".
Ms Hoarau said: "To be ordered off in front of everyone was humiliating. I felt like a pariah."
An easyJet spokesman said: "We have to respect strict safety regulations."A hearing has yet to be set.
