Angelina County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man for allegedly forcing a 15-year-old girl with Down Syndrome to perform oral sex on him.
Frank Robinson Jr., 29, was booked into the Angelina County Jail June 3 and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a disabled person, a first-degree felony.
According to an arrest affidavit, a 9-year-old witness told the girl’s mother he had seen the girl on her knees in front of Robinson with her head in his crotch.
When the witness walked into the bedroom where the alleged incident occurred, Robinson shoved the child and said to “get out of the bedroom,” according to the report.
The child then told Robinson’s sister, who was in charge of taking care of the girl. She called the teenager’s mother, who then called 911.
When the investigating deputy asked the alleged victim what happened, she put “her hand in front of her mouth, opened her mouth and made a gesture of giving oral sex,” the report stated. An interview was also arranged through the Alliance for Children.
Deputies noted that several other children live at the same house.
Robinson was picked up at the Dollar General Store at U.S. Highway 69 north, near the house where the incident is alleged to have occurred. His bond was set at $150,000, and he received a court-appointed attorney.
