Signmark (pictured), the famous Finnish Deaf rapper, will come to NYC to help celebrate the opening of this year's General Assembly at the UN.
He will be doing a seminar on equality of opportunity for the delegates, but he will also make two public appearances:
1) Signmark's famous "Silent Shout" rap in Washington Square Park Sept 23 at 5 p.m. (for about a half hour or 45 minutes). Outdoors, admission free!
2) ASL Poetry Slam at the Bowery Poets Club, Sept 23 7 to 9:30 pm. His website is http://mysilentshout.com/.
Please help spread the word; Signmark would appreciate it! This is the first time Signmark has performed in NYC. Not to be missed!
