First ever Disability Power and Pride Inaugural Ball Jan. 18

The first ever Disability Power and Pride Inaugural Ball will be Sunday January 18, 2009 from 7 p.m. to midnight at the National Press Club, 529 14th St. NW, 13th Floor, Washington, D.C.

The event will feature Grammy-award winning musicians, dancing, food, speakers and commemorative memorabilia. It is black-tie optional. Sign language interpreters, CART and assistive listening devices will be available.

Individual tickets are $100. Tickets are available on first-come, first-served basis.

The National Press Club is accessible via the D. C. Metro.
