ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. -- An Allen County judge called it “the most immoral piece of conduct” he'd ever seen as he sentenced a Fort Wayne teen in a disturbing case.
The judge sentenced 17-year-old Joshua Saylor to 15-years in prison, with five years suspended for being one of four young men who raped a young woman who has cerebral palsy.
The attack happened in River Haven in June of 2008.
As he handed down the sentence, the judge said in his entire career, he has never seen a case more morally depraved than this.
