WARREN, Mich. -- Local rapper Sean Forbes got the thrill of a lifetime when he wrote a song about Oscar winner Marlee Matlin, and she reached out to him over Twitter.
Matlin says she was fascinated by Sean's story, and flew to Detroit to star in his music video for his new song 'Let's Mambo'.
The video shot in Warren Feb. 10-11.
Joining Matlin was her partner from season six of Dancing with the Stars Fabian Sanchez.
Also on hand, hairstylist to the stars Ken Paves. Paves is from Macomb County.
Forbes and Matlin hope the video helps draw more attention to the contributions of the deaf community in the entertainment industry.
