Two wanted in North Carolina for felony assault on disabled person

SHALLOTTE, N.C. -- Brunswick County sheriff's deputies are searching for two people involved in an incident June 15.

They say around 4:30 a.m., James Burriss, 37, and Ann Marie Jackson (pictured), 26, robbed a home at 4405 Rounding Run Rd. in Shallotte.

The two are believed to be driving a gray 2007 Lincoln Continental with 30-day tags.

They are both wanted for larceny of a motor vehicle, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and felony assault on a handicapped person.
