- Dr. Tove Skutnabb-Kangas, of the University of Roskilde in Sweden will speak on Linguistic Human Rights of the Deaf - Why, When and What - and Decided by Whom? The Little Matter of Crimes Against Humanity."
- Dr. Kendall King, of the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and author of Language Revitalization will speak on "Language Loss and Revitalization: Ten Things We Know."
- Dr. Benjamin Bahan, of Gallaudet University and who is author of "Journey into the Deaf World" will speak on "Sign Languish or Flourish?"
