Actress Elizabeth Taylor, 76, arrived at a party June 30 to celebrate the California's gay marriage legislation using a wheelchair. It's unknown whether she now permanently uses a wheelchair due to her osteoporosis or not, but three cheers to her for supporting wonderful legislation and proudly allowing everyone to see her in a wheelchair.Taylor has always had a strong fan base in the gay community. Maybe she can become a disability community icon as well.
