The Cape May County Herald in NJ reports that the Crest Pier has reopened and is now wheelchair accessible.Eleven-year-old wheelchair user Grace Rogers cut the ribbon to officially reopen the pier. She wheeled across the 1,010-foot long pier and was the first to overlook the ocean at the end of the pier.
