Weekly Reader adapted for kids with learning disabilities

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- AbleNet announced the release of the new 'Weekly Reader AbleNet Editions' which is a product that meets the specific educational requirements of each state and offers students content specific to their disability level.

AbleNet also offers a comprehensive set of content and materials that allow students with disabilities to work with standards-based content found in Weekly Reader publications. The company has specially designed and developed both elementary and secondary publications for students with mild, moderate or severe disabilities. The teachers guide offers specialized strategies for differentiated instruction and includes materials for three unique levels of instruction in an effort to meet the needs of students in special education.
