The film also stars Paz Vega and Christopher Lee. Bosnian Danis Tanovic directs "Triage," which is based on the novel by Scott Anderson. Tanovic's 2001 film, "No Man's Land," won an Oscar for best foreign film, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
